Is CBD suitable for yogis and athletes?

Once you have found the right yoga course for you - online or offline, all you have to do is find the right CBD product.
If you already have experience with CBD oil, you can dose the drops for yourself and try them out half an hour before the yoga class. For a bit of variety, you can also try water-soluble CBD oil for your yoga. You can drink it in a glass of water or tea just before yoga.
For CBD beginners, we recommend, from experience, to start with a small drop dosage of a medium-strong oil (e.g. 10% or 15%) concentration. Here, 2-3 drops under the tongue are sufficient for the start. After yoga or during the relaxation phase, a CBD massage oil can also be applied, as this allows the relaxation to last longer. In this way you will still have something of it for the rest of the day (or at night).
