What is the shelf life of CBD oil?

Once opened, CBD oils generally have a shelf life of around six months. However, if stored correctly, in a cool place and protected from light, they can also be used beyond the best-before date without losing quality.

How quickly does CBD oil take effect?

CBD oil usually takes effect within 15 to 30 minutes when taken sublingually (under the tongue). When taken orally, it can take up to 90 minutes. The exact time depends on factors such as the method of ingestion, dosage and individual differences.

Is CBD oil without THC?

Various products are offered under the term CBD oil: A product in which CBD isolate is dissolved in a carrier oil is THC-free. In comparison, a full-spectrum CBD oil always contains small traces of THC. Broad-spectrum oils, on the other hand, are THC-free. This is because the THC is "filtered out" using a special process.
