Dosierung
Every body is unique and absorbs CBD differently. It is recommended to start with a small amount and increase drop by drop as needed. 1 - 2 drops can be drizzled under the tongue at the beginning.
Start the day with the Happy Days drops and place them in the bathroom. This way you can incorporate them into your morning routine. Another option would be to integrate the CBD drops into your day after lunch and before the afternoon slump.
Effect of melissa and possible areas of application
Melissa, also known as lemon balm, is an ancient medicinal plant. Its use as a remedy can even be traced back to ancient times. Traditionally, it is used for complaints such as nervousness, insomnia, gastrointestinal complaints and to stimulate the appetite.
Clinical studies on the effect of melissa do not exist. Rather, the areas of application result from reports of experience. In addition, lemon balm is mentioned in the ESCOP monographs as a medicinal plant for the treatment of inner tension, irritability and restlessness. The Herbal Medicinal Product Committee (HMPC) has also classified lemon balm leaves as a herbal medicinal product.

Quality by ALPINOLS
The hemp for the CBD products is grown on ALPINOLS' own certified organic fields in the Swiss Alps. After the manual harvest, the CBD is extracted using the CO2 extraction process. This has many advantages: On the one hand, it is environmentally friendly and, on the other hand, it is a gentle process to produce a full-spectrum extract.
Full-spectrum extract means that the CBD drops do not only contain CBD, but also other important cannabinoids as well as terpenes and secondary plant substances from hemp. In cannabis research, it is concluded from various studies that the ingredients from the hemp plant work synergistically and can thus achieve a better effect than a single substance. They call this the "entourage effect".
To improve the viscosity of the oils and to facilitate the application of the drops, the CBD extract is dissolved in high-quality MCT oil. This consists of capric acid and caprylic acid, i.e. medium-chain fatty acids that have valuable properties. They are quickly metabolised by the organism and are therefore a good energy supplier.
In order to ensure and guarantee the quality of the products, ALPINOLS has the CBD oil analysed in its own laboratory and in an independent laboratory for the content of the ingredients.
